Tillie's Treasures at Little Round Top

Located on the historic Jacob Weikert Farm in Gettysburg, PA

Tillie's Treasures at Little Round Top is owned by Beth and Gerry Hoffman of Gettysburg, PA. The Hoffman's moved to Gettysburg in the spring of 2002 after residing in Gathersburg, MD for the previous 25 years. When you visit Tillie's Treasures you may very rarely see Gerry as he spends his time behind the scenes. Beth is the face of the store and it was her love of collecting antiques that became the idea for the store. You can only accumulate and display so much stuff in a personal home; Beth reached this level with antiques a few years back but still continued to collect. As her collection grew she decided to turn her hobby into a quaint family-run store.

The Hoffman's are the proud parents of 2 beautiful young women. Becky is their older daughter. She is a former school teacher and is now a happy stay at-home-mother. Along with her husband Chip, she has given Beth and Gerry four beautiful grandchildren. Maggie is the oldest, followed by Dory, Adam (the first boy in the family for 33 years) and a second boy Joey. The second of the Hoffman's girls is Kate. She is currently teaching middle school science in Frederick, MD. During the summer of 2006 Kate got married, in a ceremony that was held on the Weikert Farm Property.

The Hoffman's are very active members in the Gettysburg Community. As members of different groups, they always seem to be there to lend a helping hand.
